The 2024 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Cultural Industry Investment Conference is set to take place in Guangzhou from November 20 to 22.

With the theme "Leading the Greater Bay Area with Culture and Finance, Empowering Industry and Technology Together", this year's conference will launch a series of influential and leading cultural investment projects. 

In addition, it will be a platform to present visionary research findings in the cultural sector and showcase the latest original technologies that are of high practical value in the cultural industry.

Inaugurated in 2023, the conference aims to create a service platform to connect cultural enterprises with investment and financing institutions. In 2023, a total of 62 renowned investment institutions attended the inaugural conference, including China Culture Investment Group, HSG, and IDG Capital, as well as over 300 leading cultural enterprises such as Huawei, Tencent, and Baidu.

The cultural investment projects featured in the inaugural conference's roadshow have yielded impressive returns over the past year. As of June 30, 2024, they achieved an average revenue growth rate of 65% and an average market valuation increase of 23.6%. Some companies secured multiple rounds of financing, with total funds exceeding 1.4 billion yuan.
