On November 4, the 136th China Import and Export Fair, popularly known as the Canton Fair, officially came to a close.

As of November 3, the event welcomed 253,000 overseas buyers from 214 countries and regions, marking a 2.8% increase from the previous session and surpassing the 250,000 mark for the first time, which set a new record. The intended export transaction amount reached 24.95 billion US dollars, a 1% rise compared to last year.
The fair showcased 1.15 million new products, 1.04 million products, and 1.11 million products with independent intellectual property rights. The highlights of the fair included a strong focus on digital, intelligent and green products, which attracted significant interest from international buyers.
